-HOW DO I GET A DESIGN PROJECT STARTED?
To get a project started all you have to do is send a email to Design@siegeind.com with a description of how you want your design to look. We will then let you know how much your project will cost. All projects require half the payment upfront and the second half once the project is complete and approved by you.
Most payments are made through PayPal but we also have other payment options. You can Also pay with a Credit Card, Check or Money Order.
-I LIKE THE DESIGN CREATED FOR ME BUT I WANT A FEW CHANGES.
Not a Problem we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your design so we offer 5 free changes which is much more then most people need. If for some reason you need more than 5 its only a extra $5 per change after that. For larger Projects Such as Web Design the change count is much Higher and we will Always let you know ahead of time if you are running low on the number of free changes you have left.
-I DID NOT LIKE THE DESIGN CREATED FOR ME AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND.
If for some reason we can not create a design that you are 100% Satisfied we will offer you a full refund. But there are some restrictions. You can request a full refund on a project that you have requested 2 changes for or less. If you requested 3 or more changes and then decide you want a refund we keep the down payment because of the amount of time spent on the project. You can see the full terms here.
-HOW DO I GET MY SHIRTS PRINTED?
To get your shirts printed we will need the Artwork you want used (if we didn't create the design for you) sent to firstname.lastname@example.org Just let us know How many shirts you would like printed the color, sizes, and style and then we will send you a quote.
-WHATS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF SHIRTS I CAN ORDER?
We have one of the lowest minimum order requirements in the industry. You can Order as low as 24 pieces at a time which is great for doing a test run of your Merchandise.
-CAN I MAKE THE PRICE PER SHIRT LESS?
Yes you can! The more shirts you order the lower the cost per shirt is. If you are looking to cut the cost more you can request our artist to lower the number of colors in your design when in the designing process.
-WHATS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR SCREEN PRINTING?
Normal Orders ship out 3-4 weeks after the first payment is made. Once the shirts are ready we will request for the final payment before they are shipped.
